2009 AQHA mare, Velvet currently stands 14.3, and will measure out at 15.2 when she's all done growing. She is a true blue roan, sired by my stallion Isle Be Midnight (Beamer) and out of Bar Dawn Sabre (Gussie) a granddaughter of Blueboy Quincy.

This girl moves beautifully, with a nice floating trot. She should be able to do either English or Western events; her sire and dam have both worked cattle-and love it- and working cowhorse might suit her just fine. A friend of mine thinks she should be a dressage horse. I haven't started her training yet other than standing tied, working with her feet, and a little sacking out. Email me for details.
